Filter design:

• Multi-Stage Resampler Filter Designer - Browser-based filter design tool for implementing multi-stage resampling filters.

General DSP tools:

• DSP Modular - Modular playground for experimenting with DSP signal chains. Can be used to interactively explore the behaviour of FFT, Z-Transform etc., as well as building up larger DSP algorithms on a simple GUI-based platform. It is not yet complete (some important modules like convolution are still missing), but there is also a module available which can be coded with JavaScript, which makes every kind of processing possible.
